At Space Cadet Baking Co., we specialize in high-resolution printed sugar cookies and keep it intentionally focused, so we can do one thing really well: crisp details, clean branding, and cookies that look as good as they taste.

Our standard packaging includes individual clear bags for each cookie (clean, classic, and event-ready).
Want to level it up? We also offer ribbon bow toppers, mini gift bags, and individual cookie boxes for an additional fee.

Depending on order size (and our production calendar), we can turn around printed cookies in as little as 2 days.
We can often accommodate last-minute orders of 100 cookies or fewer, pending availability.

Yes! We specialize in large printed cookie orders for high attendee events, but also take smaller orders for more intimate events. The larger the order, the more lead time we need.

We typically have a 2 dozen minimum, but will often waive that requirement for our repeat clients.

Our invoices are sent via Honeybook and can be paid online. We accept all major credit cards.

We deliver within the Bay Area using our trusted and insured delivery partner. Small orders are sent regular courier; larger orders are sent via our white-glove special handling service.
Pricing for delivery is dependent on the order size and distance.
Free pickup at our Dogpatch kitchen is available and is by appointment only during the hours of 11am-2pm Monday - Friday.

We offer sugar cookies made with alternative flours; however, we regularly prepare food in our kitchen which contains food allergens. If you have a food allergy please let us know prior to ordering as we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free product.

Once your invoice is paid you will receive a payment confirmation. You will receive a calendar confirmation with your pickup/delivery time and can rest assured that your spot is secured.
Custom Cookie Order Policies
Because all cookies from Space Cadet Baking Co. are custom made and scheduled within our production calendar, the following policies apply to all orders.
Most custom cookie orders are booked 7+ business days in advance.
Orders are confirmed once payment is received, which reserves production time on our baking schedule.
Cancellation Policy
Orders become non-cancelable within 30 days of the scheduled fulfillment date.
Orders placed 31 days or more before the fulfillment date may be canceled up to 31 days before fulfillment. Approved cancellations will incur a $150 cancellation fee to cover administrative and scheduling costs.
Cancellation requests made within 30 days of the fulfillment date are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
Because production capacity is reserved specifically for your order, cancellations cannot be converted into credits for future orders.
Orders may be rescheduled once with at least 14 days notice, subject to availability.
Event Dates & Delivery Timing
Clients are responsible for selecting a fulfillment date that allows adequate time for their event. Space Cadet Baking Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside of our control that may affect delivery timing.
We understand event timelines are critical and always schedule production to ensure orders are completed on time.
We strongly recommend scheduling delivery at least one day before your event whenever possible.
Custom Design
All cookies are produced based on the design details provided at the time of ordering.
Clients are responsible for providing clear design direction, branding assets, and artwork when applicable. If design proofs are provided, clients must review and approve the design prior to production. Once a design is approved, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Because each cookie is handcrafted, minor variations in color, placement, and detail may occur.
Artwork & Branding
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have permission to reproduce any logos, trademarks, or artwork requested for printing on cookies.
For best results, clients should provide high-resolution artwork or vector files. While we make every effort to optimize artwork for cookie printing, exact color matching and perfect reproduction cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of edible printing and icing surfaces.
Shipping
For shipped orders, packages are transferred to a third-party carrier (such as UPS). Once an order leaves our kitchen, delivery timelines and handling are outside of our control.
Space Cadet Baking Co. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses
